Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Complete refund except for service charges
Processing Time: 5-7 business days
Processing Fee: €50 for credit card transactions
Conditions: Must be submitted in written form via email or telephone
24-72 Hours Prior to Charter
Eligible for: Half of the total charter cost
Processing Time: 7-10 business days
Processing Fee: €25 subtracted from the refund amount
Conditions: A valid justification is required; administrative costs may be incurred
Under 24 Hours Prior to Charter
Eligible for: Refunds are not available
Exception: Situations of urgency will be taken into consideration
Alternative: Charter credits might be granted at the discretion of management
Conditions: Supporting documentation is required for emergency claims
Cancellations Due to Weather
Our Assurance Against Unfavorable Weather
Your security is our highest concern. In the event that weather conditions are not deemed safe for sailing by our certified captain, we offer several choices:
- Full Refund: Issued when rescheduling is not feasible
- Reschedule: Shift your charter to a new available date without any added fees
- Charter Credit: Obtain a voucher valid for one year from the original charter date
Method of Weather Evaluation
Our assessment for weather entails:
- Analyzing wind speed and direction
- Evaluation of wave size and sea state
- Forecasting for visibility and precipitation
- Advisories and warnings from the Coast Guard
- Assessment of safety by a professional captain
Decision Timeframe: Determinations regarding weather cancellations are made at least 4 hours before the planned departure time.
Refunds for Medical Emergencies
Emergent Circumstances
We acknowledge that unforeseen medical incidents can happen. Under these conditions, special exceptions could be considered:
- An unexpected illness or injury necessitating hospital care
- A passing in the immediate family
- Call to military service or an urgent recall
- Mandatory jury duty or a court order
- Natural calamities impacting travel plans
Requirements for Proof
For applications concerning emergency refunds, please furnish:
- Medical verification or hospital records
- Certificate of death (when applicable)
- Orders from the military
- Court-order notice or jury summons
- Advisories for travel or declarations of emergency
Process: Emergency refund requests undergo processing within 3-5 business days upon the submission of proper paperwork.
Cancellations Stemming from Operational Concerns
Issues Related to Vessel Function
In instances where the designated vessel experiences mechanical difficulties that are unresolvable:
- Replacement Vessel: We will strive to provide a similar substitute
- Full Refund: If no proper alternative is present
- Partial Refund: If the substitute vessel is priced differently
- Additional Recompense: We may offer supplementary compensation for the inconvenience
Availability of the Crew
On the infrequent occasion that certified crew cannot be provided:
- A substitute crew may be arranged as possible
- Full refund if the charter is unable to proceed
- Opportunity to reschedule at no extra cost

Reimbursements are carried out using the original payment method by which the booking was made:

- Bank Transfers: Within 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: Within 3-5 business days

Conditions of Credit
- Validity Period: Effective for 12 months from the date of issue
- Transfer Policy: Credits are not assignable to other individuals
- Monetary Worth: The full value of the charter is included (minus any processing fees)
- Utilization: Credits can be applied towards any future available charter service
- Expiry: Extension beyond the 12-month period is not available
Reimbursements for Partial Services
Interruptions in the Service
If your excursion is halted or curtailed due to factors within our jurisdiction:
- A refund calculated on the basis of the unused portion
- Credit for an upcoming charter of equal value
- Additional courtesy services or upgrades offered
Disruptions Caused by Guests
If a charter is cut short early due to misconduct by guests or violations of safety protocols:
- Non-issuance of refunds for the segment not utilized
- Full payment is still required
- Potential for extra charges being levied
Settlement of Disputes
In the event of a disagreement over a refund judgement, you are permitted to:

- Supply further evidence or documents

- Refunds are executed in € irrespective of the initial currency used for payment
- Acquiring travel insurance is highly advocated
- This directive is liable to modifications following a notification period of 30 days
