All services are offered depending on availability and climatic conditions. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue services without notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

The prerequisites for reserving a charter include:

  • Being at least 18 years old
  • Supplying accurate and current details
  • Depositing the necessary amount as outlined in your reservation confirmation
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

We only verify bookings after full payment and issuing a written confirmation. We have the authority to decline service to any individual according to our discretion.

3.3 Availability

The ability to book charters depends on yacht availability and favorable meteorological conditions. We will strive to accommodate your chosen schedule whenever practicable.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

The prices are provided in € and cover all relevant taxes unless stated differently. Price adjustments can be made without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the full charter price, payable at the time of booking
  • Final payment: Due 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
  • Supplementary charges, when applicable: Payable after the charter’s completion

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. Our secure and encrypted systems manage payment processes.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With over 72 hours before departure: Total refund less transaction fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the case that our captain deems weather conditions to be hazardous, we offer to:

  • Postpone your charter to another suitable time with no additional fees
  • Issue a complete refund if an alternative date is not viable

5.3 Mechanical Concerns

Should mechanical issues occur with the assigned vessel, we will endeavor to arrange a comparable replacement. If no suitable vessel is available, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are required to:

  • Heed all directions from the crew
  • Use safety equipment as mandated
  • Disclose any medical conditions that might influence their safety
  • Stay in the vessel’s specified zones

6.2 Prohibited Objects

The following are not allowed on board:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal items
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excessive amounts of non-alcoholic beverages (beyond a reasonable extent)
  • Animals (unless pre-approved)

6.3 Behavior

Guests must behave respectfully at all times. We reserve the right to end a charter prematurely, with no refund, if a passenger’s conduct endangers safety or disturbs others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

We limit our liability to the cost of your charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Injuries due to passengers’ negligence
  • Theft or damage of personal belongings
  • Indirect, resultant, or punitive losses
  • Delays due to inclement weather or events outside of our influence

7.2 Insurance

Our organization maintains thorough maritime insurance for our fleet and operations. It is the responsibility of passengers to secure their travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Risk Acknowledgment

When you participate in our charter services, you concede that maritime activities have inherent dangers, and you agree to take responsibility for your own security and safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Alterations

We have the authority to adjust itineraries, passageways, or timetables as dictated by weather, safety considerations, or operational necessities. We aim to offer alternative experiences of similar value.

9. Force Majeure

We are exempt from liability for delays, cancellations, or services alterations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as but not restricted to:

  • Extreme meteorological events
  • Natural calamities
  • Regulatory edicts
  • Harbor shutdowns
  • Machine breakdowns
