Booking at least two to three weeks ahead is advisable, particularly from May through September. For business gatherings and special festivities, arranging your charter four to six weeks prior enhances the chances of availability and allows ample time for personalization.

Your safety is our utmost concern. In the event that our captain determines adverse weather conditions to be dangerous, we're prepared to reschedule your cruise or issue a complete refund. Weather forecasts are diligently observed, and should any concerns arise, you will be notified 24 hours prior to your departure.

Certainly, guests are welcome to bring their own provisions. We also offer exceptional catering services with customizable menu options. Please take into account that for safety purposes, glass containers are strictly prohibited on the yacht.

We make every effort to ensure our vessels are accommodating to all. Some have features that are more compatible with guests with mobility challenges than others. For cancellations that occur 72 hours before departure, a full refund is issued. Those made between 24 to 72 hours prior receive a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of departure, cancellations are non-refundable, except in unique circumstances of weather-related issues or mechanical failures on our end.
